Architectural renderings were developed to communicate a full exterior repositioning of an existing apartment building. The proposed design introduces a smooth Santa Barbara–style stucco finish, bold blue standing-seam roof, black aluminum windows, and refreshed landscaping, helping ownership convey the future vision to tenants and stakeholders.
